I’ve spent the last decade inside restoration businesses. Specializing in Reconstruction, I’ve been on job sites, in Xactimate, in budgets, and inside the softwares running it, fixing what’s broken and building what didn’t exist. I work at the intersection of construction, operations, and technology, where clarity is often missing but always needed.

Over the last ten years, I’ve moved wherever the business needed stability and structure — sales, estimating, project management, reconstruction, operations, and software.
I led the rebuild of a struggling reconstruction department from one person to a high-performing team. I launched and customized a company-wide Salesforce + Buildertek platform across six departments. I’ve turned around failing operations, improved gross margins, shortened start times, and built dashboards that helped leaders make better decisions.
I’m not a theory person. Everything I do is rooted in real projects, real budgets, and real consequences.
